Ensuring Compliance with U.S. Shipping Regulations

MEBS clients rely on MEBS expertise to adhere to all US Government shipping regulations knowing which routes have through US flag air service and which routes may require use of EU carriers or waiver process.  For ocean shipments, MEBS will provides clients with the P1 rates if available and, if not, P2 and P3 options are provided.    For US Flag waivers, clients work with the MEBS operations team to provide MARAD documentation in order to obtain US Flag waivers.   MEBS will not ship client cargo until the approved cargo preference route is approved.
